Therapy for people navigating high pressure, high responsibility, and very little room to pause.
I'm a licensed psychologist in California and Texas with a PhD in Clinical Health Psychology. I work with attorneys, physicians, tech founders, senior academics, and people navigating high-performance environments where the stakes are unusually high and there's rarely space to stop moving long enough to take stock of what it's costing them.
My training sits at the intersection of physical and psychological health. I understand how a 70-hour work week, a constantly activated nervous system, and years without real recovery compound over time. I approach this work with both rigor and intention — written treatment plans, measurable goals, and regular check-ins on what's actually changing.
I work best with people who are intentional about growth in every other area of their lives. Our work together includes clear goals, ongoing reflection, and regular check-ins on what's actually changing.
My approach combines psychological depth with structure and accountability so we can identify patterns, track progress, and adjust when something isn't working. Therapy should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and purposeful.
I do real case conceptualization, written treatment plans, scheduled progress reviews, and goal recalibration. Most therapists don't. This is the methodological rigor a high-achiever expects from the rest of their healthcare—and isn't getting from talk therapy.
