What I Offer
specialties and Services
High Performing Professionals

I specialize in working with high-performing professionals who are grappling with burnout, chronic stress, or a growing sense of disconnection from the work that once fueled them.
My approach helps individuals pause the cycle of overdrive and realign with the values that first inspired their ambition. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, depleted, or emotionally disengaged on the inside.
Using evidence-based strategies from Health Psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help professionals identify what matters most to them, set boundaries without guilt, and reestablish meaning in their work and personal lives.
Whether they are physicians, executives, founders, or creatives, I guide clients in building sustainable habits that protect their mental health while still honoring their drive. I also integrate tools for improving focus, decision-making, and emotional regulation—skills essential for thriving in high-stakes environments. My goal is not to help people do more, but to do what matters better—with clarity, purpose, and vitality.
Patients navigating chronic illness

I support individuals living with autoimmune conditions, cancer, heart disease, GI disorders, and cardiac issues as they work toward better functioning and improved quality of life. Chronic illness often brings not only physical symptoms but also emotional and cognitive challenges—like fatigue, brain fog, and stress—that interfere with daily life. For cancer survivors, I have specific expertise in addressing cognitive complaints (often referred to as “chemo brain”) and helping patients rebuild confidence and clarity during and after treatment. My approach integrates behavioral strategies, mental health support, and collaboration with medical teams to empower patients as whole people—not just a diagnosis.
Beyond research, I’ve given public talks on this topic and worked individually with patients in oncology settings. I help patients understand that cognitive symptoms are real, valid, and treatable, even when not always detected on neuropsychological testing.
My interventions combine education, practical compensatory strategies, and psychological support to address distress, anxiety, and self-doubt. I also consider the roles of sleep, mood, and fatigue in exacerbating cognitive symptoms and work collaboratively with medical teams when needed. My goal is to help patients rebuild a sense of clarity and control during survivorship.
Patients Working on Health Promotion

Whether you're aiming to improve sleep, manage stress, support your weight goals, or build sustainable habits around movement and nutrition—I help you move from knowing what to do to actually doing it.Together, we focus on aligning your health behaviors with your values, using evidence-based strategies that support long-term change. You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from care that helps you feel more like yourself again.
Tech enabled care

For over a decade, I’ve been at the forefront of integrating technology into mental health care to enhance access, engagement, and outcomes.
I was an early contributor to the Institute for International Internet Interventions and have worked on the development, evaluation, and implementation of tech-based mental health tools, including self-guided interventions, wearable-integrated tracking, and digital decision aids for behavior change.
I’ve trained care teams to integrate digital tools into clinical practice and conducted research on how technology can augment—not replace—therapeutic relationships.
My approach prioritizes ethical, inclusive, and evidence-informed design, with an emphasis on leveraging tech to reach populations traditionally excluded from care due to geography, stigma, or cost.
Whether supporting a fully virtual intervention or enhancing in-person therapy with digital components, I see tech as a tool to make care more responsive, personalized, and effective.
